You and the coaching team are fully supported by our Physiotherapy team on site who will work with you to ensure you have good mobility and specific exercises for any pre-existing conditions.


Our Physiotherapists are a regulated health professional who are recognised experts in pain management and physical rehabilitation with vast experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions using only the most up to date manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.

Our Physiotherapists

Biddy Sefton is our Lead Physiotherapist. She is registered in both Hong Kong and New Zealand and has experience working with a range of clientele from national rugby players, olympic lifters to youth and active mothers. She has a strong manual therapy toolset complimented by on-floor gym knowledge. Biddy’s strong clinical eye along with her evidence-based rehab knowledge allows her patients to reach their full potential.

Nat Chen is a UK trained Physiotherapist who is registered in both Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. She has worked with patients with a wide range of conditions including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic low back pain, and post-natal therapy. Her passion lies in optimising a patient’s health through taking someone with an injury through to thriving in their normal activities and sports.
